We are so excited to launch this year's magical Christmas Mini Session Experiences for families in Perth!
Bookings open on Sunday 21st August and very often sell out within hours. Once this special event sells out, we are unable to release any further availability. We have offered Christmas Mini Sessions since 2015 and everyone always loves them! They are fantastic value, short and sweet sessions to capture some updated portraits of your children at Christmas time - for many, it's now an annual tradition and so wonderful to look back on each year and see how your children have grown! Your images also make the perfect gifts for grandparents, family and friends (we offer lots of exclusive, luxury gifts!) along with your family Christmas cards!
Christmas Mini Sessions 2022
This year, we have the choice of 3 magical Christmas themed set-ups, which we are sure you will love!
A traditional cosy Christmas set-up with rich reds, greens and golds (dark backdrop), a beautiful light backdrop with white and gold trees and a dash of Christmas morning luxury! Plus, brand new for 2022, we have 'Santa's Window' - perfect for those curious little ones who want to try and spot Santa on his sleigh!
What are this year’s dates?
Christmas Mini Sessions will take place on October 15th, 16th, 22nd and 23rd.
Why October???
October is the PERFECT timing to ensure you have your beautiful images captured, processed and returned to you before Christmas. Our stunning, professional prints and bespoke products take time to make, and we like to ensure there’s no rush in having them all ready to gift to your nearest and dearest. Personalised Christmas cards are sure to make your friends and families day when they land on doormats throughout December, so timing is crucial to ensure you have everything you need in the lead up to the festive period!
How long will we be there?
Christmas Mini Sessions last for 20 minutes, which means we can spend a couple of minutes engaging with your child/children before the photoshoot begins. There's usually around 10-12 minutes photographing your children and then photoshoot is complete. The session can be child led if your little one is naturally inquisitive and happy to engage with us, or we can help out the shy ones with fun tasks to do, to ensure the perfect portraits!
Ok, sold! What’s the price?
The Christmas Mini Session experience is $295 and includes:
– Your family’s private photoshoot session with us, on Christmas styled set-ups with use of props
– A small gift, courtesy of Santa's elves.
– Plus your FIVE favourite images as high resolution digital downloads, that you can print, share online and do as you like with!
You can select your images from a private gallery of beautiful photographs, usually around 2 weeks after your visit. There’s a whole range of prints, products and digital options available, in case you struggle to choose or would like to purchase gifts. Samples can all be seen in our studio on the day.
Can I bring somebody else?
Sure! If you'd like a photo with cousins/extended family or friends, just book your sessions next to each other, we are happy to merge them in order to photograph everybody together – this will depend on numbers and ages though, so please contact us in advance to arrange this. Each session is for one family only (siblings). Cousins, extended family and friends must make seperate bookings.
Can I change my day or time?
Unfortunately not. We sell out every year, so there’s no wiggle room unfortunately, be sure to book a date and time that works for you, keeping in mind your children's usual nap time and routine.

When can I book?
Bookings will go live to the public on SUNDAY 21st AUGUST 2022! Set your alarms! Anyone can book from this date (VIP clients can book from 19/08/22).
How many mini sessions are available?
Last year was our biggest year to date and we sold out super fast! Luckily, we were able to add in extra dates to offer those who missed out. This year, we won't be offering any extra dates other than the 2 weekends allocated. This is due to being very booked up with our maternity, newborn, baby and family sessions for the remainder of the year and also Carly wanting to have some time with her family too. Every year, November and December are ridiculously busy, shooting, editing, ordering products and gifts (as well as running the business!) So, to ensure we can offer our first class service to each and every one of our clients, we have limited the number of mini sessions this year, across 2 weekends. So, once they're gone - they are gone!
